What we collect

When you request an API key or join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address — to send your key and contact you about access.
• What you tell us voluntarily — e.g. what you're building, gym name, number of locations.
• Standard technical data — IP address, browser user-agent, and attribution data (referrer, UTM parameters, language, timezone, screen size) so we know how you found us.

Why we collect it

To deliver your API key, to contact you when GymCam is live, and to understand where signups come from. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

How we store it

Leads are stored on our own server as plain JSON records. Access is restricted to the operator.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@gymcamanalytics.com.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage to remember the original source that brought you to the site (first-visit referrer and UTM tags) so attribution survives navigation. This is not used for advertising.
